Today has been spent making jam from my raspberries grown on my allotment, strawberry jam from some punnets of strawberries reduced in the local shop and later this evening I will be making a ratatoui from my courgettes and bottom of the fridge peppers!

I love this time of the year and when I eat the jam later in the year it brings back wonderful memories of hot days and long evenings.
